The Queens Lady Ranger program is the GOALS College Bound Program. The aim of the program is to develop the skills required to compete for college scholarship dollars while emphasing the importance of Academics. Along the way, the Lady Rangers also learn valuable life lessons, team work and community service.

​Each season, tryouts are held , on a invitation only basis, to league members who fit the academic and athletic requirements.
